If you don’t know the answer to this question, you probably never actually accessed your router’s admin website, which isn’t necessarily bad, unless you have a wireless router and no one actually set it up in the first place. This means your router doesn’t have a password and anyone can access your network!
Well, I’m writing this because I stumbled upon a website that lists the default passwords of almost all router models out there, which can be incredibly useful if you have no idea how to access your admin interface!
Anyway, here it is: www.routerpasswords.com.
Now, to change your wireless access password, it’s sort of easy. Just search for the “wireless security” or “wireless password” menu item and set it up! I wish I had more time to explain it, but unfortunatly this information depends a lot on your type of router. But, when in doubt, try to visit the router’s official website or drop me an e-mail (hugo.sousa[at]slothminds.com), and I’ll help you out for sure.
