Apple shows off iPhone 3.0 next week!

On March 17 Apple will host an event at its corporate campus in Cupertino, Californa, which will debut the new software version of the iPhone 3G with a pretty “sneak peek”, along with information about the new SDK (software development kit) that third-party vendors use to create applications for the device.
There are a few annoyances in the current version that Apple did not correct yet, like copy & paste or auto-split of SMS messages. Will those be addressed on this version, or is Apple just not giving a crap?
