The team behind Google Chrome used a very specific method for tweaking it, consisting of basically three parts: Basics, Minor Tweaks and Under The Hood, and Roy Schwartz thought that could also be applied to other situations like, let’s say, getting better sleep!

Basics
- Learn to abide your internal clock
- Avoid napping during the day
- Avoid foods that will tamper with your sleep
- Keep your room as comfortable as possible for sleep
- Use your bed only for sleep (and sex)
Minor Tweaks
- Exercise
- Take a bath
- Expose yourself to the sun
Under The Hood
- Artificial light
- Manage stress
- Look for medical causes
