sleepThe team behind used a very specific method for tweaking it, consisting of basically three parts: Basics, Minor and Under The Hood, and Roy Schwartz thought that could also be applied to other situations like, let’s say, getting better !

  • Learn to abide your internal clock
  • Avoid napping during the day
  • Avoid foods that will tamper with your
  • Keep your room as comfortable as possible for
  • Use your bed only for (and sex)

Minor

  • Exercise
  • Take a bath
  • Expose yourself to the sun

Under The Hood

  • Artificial light
  • Manage stress
  • Look for medical causes
